照片是班级老师在1月8日8:50左右拍的，拍完发给校长付恒流传到了网上，引起众多网友的关注。出于保护孩子的考虑，他没有透露孩子的姓名。
当天上午期末考试考的是语文，照片里男孩的语文成绩一般，数学比较好，班级成绩是中等水平。“天气预报显示，今天鲁甸有小雪，最高气温仅4℃，最低为零下4℃。他家离学校较远，因此到教室后头发都沾满了冰霜。小孩比较可爱，到班级后做了个怪怪的鬼脸，引来同学们的大笑。”
孩子的家离学校4.5公里，平时都是走一个多小时去上学。学校曾经走访过男孩的家庭，父亲在外地务工，母亲两年前离家出走，家里有兄弟姐妹几人，都是留守儿童。

3.前期物业（业主大会选举的业主委员会成立前的普通住宅物业）车位场地使用费标准：按照规定，业主大会成立前，经半数以上业主同意，占用物业管理区域内业主共有的道路或者其他场地停放汽车，应当交纳车位场地使用费。基准收费标准为 42 元/车位・月；浮动幅度为上浮不超 20%，下浮不限。
