[麻婆茄子]
做法：
1茄子去蒂洗净，切成块状，用淡盐水浸泡10分钟，葱花、大蒜切碎，姜切末；
2热锅油热后放入茄子，小火慢煎至茄子微软后盛出；
3锅中倒油，放入蒜末和姜末爆香，下豆瓣酱煸炒出红油；
4将茄子放入炒匀，加料酒，白糖、生抽、倒入清水焖煮一会，调入辣椒油、花椒油，待汤汁收干，撒上葱花即可。
[香辣猪蹄]
做法：
1。猪蹄洗净，姜蒜切片；
2。锅中烧水，放入葱姜片，倒入少许料酒，水开后放猪蹄飞水，撇除浮沫捞出猪蹄；
3。锅中放油，加干辣椒、花椒、大料、姜片、蒜片炒香；
4。放入猪蹄翻炒，加老抽、陈醋、盐调味，添水没过猪蹄；
5。大火烧开转小火至猪蹄熟烂即可收汁。
[辣子鸡]
做法：
1。将鸡洗净后切成2-3cm的小块，加入料酒、盐拌匀，腌制20分钟；
2。姜、蒜切片，葱干辣椒切段；
3。锅中倒入300ml油烧热，放入鸡块略炸，炸至金黄色后；
4。大火烧热油，放入姜、蒜片爆香，放入辣椒花椒，放入炸好的鸡块翻炒，撒入鸡精白糖和葱段炒匀。
[肉沫冬瓜片]
做法：
1。冬瓜洗净后去皮，切成约2mm厚的薄片，大蒜、小葱分别切碎；
2。肉末中加入少许蒜末和盐腌5分钟；
3。将冬瓜片放入盘中铺平，将腌好的肉末铺在冬瓜上，放入蒸锅里，用中火蒸8分钟至冬瓜熟透；
4。出锅滴上几滴香油，撒上葱花即可。
[蚂蚁上树]
做法：
1。粉丝用冷水泡软捞出；
2。胡萝卜青椒切末，姜葱切末；
3。炒一汤匙红油豆瓣酱，小火，搅拌，炒到提起铲子油是红色的即可；
4，肉末放进去炒到分散发白，放一茶匙糖，放胡萝卜和姜葱末；
5，兑水刚好到肉末边缘，放入粉丝；
6。煮一下，水快干了，用铲子翻动收汁，放青椒，鸡精，香油，关火。
[迷你版糖醋排骨]
做法：
1。排骨焯水，控水后用开水冲洗一遍；
2。沥干加盐、料酒、酱油、葱姜丝拌匀腌制5分钟；
3。排骨置高压锅中蒸制，开锅后4分钟关火；
4。待锅凉透捞出排骨；
5。热锅热油下白糖、陈醋、番茄酱小火熬制；
6。待油锅内汤汁粘稠时，排骨入锅翻炒至挂汁后，撒熟芝麻关火。
[营养早餐：皮蛋瘦肉粥]
做法：
1。皮蛋切块，肉丝加盐、香油拌匀腌10分钟；
2。大米洗净加盐、香油泡10分钟；
3。肉丝下热油锅过一下，至变色捞出控油；
4。水煮开，下米煮滚后改小火，加入皮蛋、瘦肉丝、盐、鸡精、葱花，煮约50分钟后，放入余下的皮蛋块和葱花，微火煮10分钟即可。
[肉末茄子]
做法：
1。茄子洗净后切成约6公分长的段，再对剖成4长条；
2。锅中倒入适量的油烧热，放入茄子用中火炸软后捞出；
3。锅中留油，放入绞好的肉炒散，再放入蒜末、葱片姜丝炒香
4。将炸好的茄子倒入锅中，加调料炒匀即可。
